Converter can be used with an ls engine is you have the right flywheel...came from behind my 358 pro stock truck engine & stalled around 4700...so depending on your application I'd expect it to stall around 4500-4800 give or take some...make 2 passes & figured out it was too tight...we need around a 7-8000 stall
