Have you checked with TSP? They can build a fully forged iron 408 for probably right in that price range.

Only quoting I've got is from billy briggs it was right around 12.5 k but was good till like 1500 lol I've sent several builders emails and have got either no response or ill get back to ya later keep in mind this was months ago...badss I remember Ur pm u sent me I wonder if I could stay under 10 for a 410 longblock from aes

Like Badss said our blocks are rated up to 1200 rwhp. That's according to Frazier from AES. I don't think all ever see that or would want to for that matter.
