Unleashed Performance "Super Twin" Twin Turbo / Supercharged 2013 ZL1 Camaro
Well....not twin turbo yet. We just pick it up today. But hopefully in the next few weeks it will have our custom Oil-Less Rear Mount Twin Turbo System on and running with the factory Supercharger as well. We're gonna see just how far we can push some compound boost on this beast!!

We've already made 831rwhp on a cam-only 2010 SS with our TT kit at 15lbs of boost. And the 2010 SS we just finished kit #002 on yesterday made 708rwhp at 10lbs. So it'll be interesting to see when the SC becomes the restriction on our ZL1.

Once the SC becomes a restrition please be sure to remove it and set what the system can do at max effort!

Most compound systems make a ton of torque and power down low. Are you going for maximum HP with minimal boost from the turbos? Do you think there will be an issue with wheelspin? I am really curious to see how the dyno is going to look.

Stock dyno numbers are in:
492whp / 497wtq - Completely stock with less than 100 miles on it. 85 degrees and 24% humidity.
Looks like there may be some power in tuning it, but I won't know until HPTuners can get me an updated version of the software to unlock it.
Reckless - This will be our same rear mount oil-less twin turbo system.

It will make more power on turbos only, simply because there is less drag on the engine (no SC) and there is less restriction in the intake system. However the low / mid range will be seriously boosted thanks to the engine seeing boost from just off idle. You often see a more gradual increase in boost than you would normally see on a turbo only engine, so you will start to see the turbos spooling MUCH sooner but the transition to making full boost taking a little longer than turbo only.

sounds like a fun project. How long do you think it will take to do all the fab work? I imagine you guys are getting pretty good at these rear mount set ups they look like a ton of fun!

Also, HPTuners came to the rescue and got us software that I can tune it with now. So it's getting a dyno tune tomorrow before the track. Then we'll run it at the track with the stock tune, and RaymerTune.

Just got in from test n tune at Beech Bend, where we laid down some baseline 1/4 mile passes (dyno sheets, videos and timeslips to follow).
Quick summary (because it's after 5am):
Dyno Results
Stock Dyno numbers with only 100 miles on the odometer - 490whp / 496wtq
RaymerTuned (no changes other than tuning from stock) - 534whp / 515wtq
Shockingly, a gain of 44whp and 19wtq from just the tune alone! And there may be more in it, but we ran out of time and needed to leave for the track.
At the Track:
Completely Stock with Stock tune on stock F1 Tires

** I have to admit, I was really disappointed and almost ready to pack it up and go home after seeing how slow this tank was. Instead, I threw my tune in it and headed back to the line....

Thats what I was thinking about the lag. Am I thinking right in that if the blower is capable of roughly 700hp at 15 pounds on an LSA then it should be able to make well over 1000 with 14 more going into it. In other words,even though the blower is small it wont become a restriction because it's being forced before the blower?

nice numbers but those untuned vs tuned runs are somewhat iffy imo. your 60' was .2 better with the tune so of course itll go much faster. in reality i would expect the 60' to get slightly worse you a little more power but no more traction available. again they are awesome numbers either way but saying .7 isnt accurate. i would call it a solid .3 MAYBE .4 gain
