my differential is making a noise, my car doesnt have traction control and i have a replacement rear end that does have traction control is their anything i can do to put it on my car with out the traction control or fix my differential?

What is the noise? If it's whining under deceleration then the problem is likely a pinion bearing that has gone, but it can be anything really.

The direct answer to your question is no, here's why:
A car without traction control has three channel ABS with the sensor in the diff.
A car with traction control has four channel ABS with sensors at both rear wheels.
The brake lines are different also.

what differential can i switch it to? which one is compatible with my car and has no traction control?

You need to find a three channel rear and swap it in. It'll have an electrical plug in the top of the housing.
You'll also need to match your ratio.
