Default Boost Pressure

I finally had my car dyno'd at Motorcity Speed (Rich Gala) and it made 9.5 peak boost pressure, but with a 7.5 crank pulley (C5), F1A and a 4.25 blower pulley I was inspecting between 12 and 14 psi. Here's what is troubling me, when it hit 9.5 psi the dyno graft showed the boost just flat lined from about 4800 to 6600rpms. Any suggestions on what could be causing this? By the way it made 595 RWHP on a Mustang dyno through a th400, a stall converter that stalled to high (4500-4800) for the EPP blower cam, and a 9" Ford rear..

Belt slip.

What crank pulley set-up do you have? Stock 6-rib or aftermarket 8-rib?

I have an 8 rib set-up with a A&A bracket. It did not look to be any belt slip after being on the dyno but two nights ago I floored it on the street and there was a little belt dust.
