Stock 2000 Ss vert versus mustang gt vert So I'm driving home from cape may and on the parkway I see a red mustang gt with its top down, I have mine down as well. I don't pay much attn to it.
He eventually catches me and it's a 40 something guy with his woman.
I don't think much of it. He paces me then punches it at one point.
So, I eventually catch back up with him and then I pace him. Once again he punches it w/o notice but this time I drop it into 3rd and pull him in hard until I hit 5th and had to slow down for traffic.
We went from 80ish. No honks. Just caught him and passed him.
Not much of a story but it was nice to see how much better a stock Ss is versus a stock mustang gt. it was an 04 or older

Yeah an 04 or older=absolute slaughter! The three valves even have a notch between their legs for the tail to fit while limping back home. Wasn't until 2011 that things got interesting imo. Nice kill.
