Default Daisy Chained Lighting?

In T/A's, is the external lighting system daisy chained in any way? For example, if one bulb was out in the chain, would all the rest of them that are down the line in that chain not work? One running light works (if the lights are on), otherwise neither of them work as daytime running lights and neither front turn signals work, thus causing the back ones to just stay red, instead of blink. I pressure washed the car and I'm afraid that's what did it. Just wondering if any part of the system worked this way because I'm having a real hard time trying to diagnose this problem. All help is greatly appreciated.

If you blow the your blinkers, your rear blinekrs will not flash, they will turn on and stay constantly lit. It does the same thing on your dash as well.

The running lamps are wired in parallel on their own circuit, so no they are not chained. The turn signals work as mentioned above.
