Default turn signal light help

When I flip on my turn signal the left one is normal. However, the right side doesn't blink it just lights and stays lit until the wheel resets it. Any ideas?

Could be a flasher....not positive though. Had to replace mine, sounds similar.

Do they flash when you turn on the hazard lights?
