Default 3.90 in a 10 bolt
Will 3.90 gears fit in a 2002 z-28 a4 car it has 2.73 gears now

No,unless you can find a 3.90 'thick set' for a series 2 carrier.
The uncommon sets of 3.90s' & 4.30s' I have yet to see available as a series 2 thick set.

my 02 ss has 3.42 gears will the motive 3.90 fit in mine?
