Default couple more question

if i put a camaro or corvette chassis on my car would it be faster
also is that possible?
second, which ls engine is the best, the fastest etc
its a 1998 body,frame and floor. nothing else

oh also, another thing could i put laminate flooring in the car, i hate carpet, and the backseat area would be for storage

No offense but if you have to ask a question like this then you don't have the know-how to do such a thing.
Are you talking about a 1998 Firebird chassis/body?
The Camaro and Firebird share the same chassis, with different body panels and rear quarter panels, the are essentially the same car.
To get a Corvette chassis (im assuming you mean C5/C6 torque tube with suspension?) would take A LOT of custom work to the point of it being cheaper to just buy a nice C5 or C6.
The "best" LS engine depends on what you are planning to do with the car and how much power you want to make.
Honestly you sound WAY over your head on this one...

ummm....what?
im not doing it, i have no car know how
im having my friend a well trusted mechanic put it all together for me, i just have to get the parts first
i am trying to make a fast stylish car, thats the general idea
and I want a unique interior, which is the only thing i would ever know how to do in the vehicle

Buy a clean, unmolested LS1 Fbody or C5 Corvette (yes- even if you have to pay a little more vs buying a beat up one) and mod it from there to your liking. You will be saved from A LOT of headaches and nightmares over piecing frames/suspension together to "build" a car, and end up spending less in the long run and likely have a better car that's also quicker.
As for interior if you don't like carpet go with something tasteful like suede or some kind of metal like this:
