Default Backfire & Pop @ Hot Idle?

So I recently did a cam install on my 2000 camaro and it was running fine with the mail order tune I got from TSP. After about 50 miles the car started acting up, but only while at idle. It doesnt seem to break up under load and acceleration.

The car will come to operating temperature of around 200 degrees and will backfire out the tail pipes. It starts off as a slight puff and then randomly BANG! A loud backfire...

Info:

No check engine lights. Smells like its running rich.

Things I've checked
I checked all the spark plug wires and they are all "clicked" onto the coils and plugs.
I double check the torque speck on the intake manifold and its correct and was torqued in sequence (2 step method. One pass at 44 in lbs and final pass at 89 in lbs)
Sprayed ether around the intake to see if the idle would change / pick up on a vacuum leak..but nothing

Any suggestions?

I'm going to try to post a video of it backfiring..it only seems to be coming from the exhaust. Not too noticable from the engine bay when it happens.

Take a look at your plugs and read them if you know how

Usually a backfire is caused by unspent fuel dumping into the exhaust. Check your plugs, O2 sensors, etc .
