Default Question about removing back seats

I recently removed the back seats in my 02 Z28. It seems to me that the interior noise in the car from the exhaust has gone up

Has anyone else noticed this??? Will putting seats back in lessen the noise??

The GMMG is sweet sounding but on the border of being too loud on the inside.

Wel, you removed a lot of foam and cloth between you and the muffler. Common sense says it will get louder.
