Turbochrisss

i have an o3 yukon i drove it last night no problem this morning i tried to crank it but nothing..Nothing what so ever no start condition, wont crank wont turn over nothing, fisrt thing i did was give it a jump still nothing no response. Wont even turn the starter or click.. I checked the factory anti theft when i turn the ignition anti theft light comes on and then turns off, put the scanner on it and it giving me a code for oxygen sensor. Would the oxygen sensor give me this no start condition? Anything else i should be looking for? Voltage is near 12.5-13 whn i tried to jump it... Dont see anything else that could be wrong i just drove it last night?
