fair price for 4l60e?

Found a 4l60e from a 2wd 03 silverado. It has 69,000 on the clock. Guy said i could have it for $275. Was asking for $300 delivered to me. Then said $275 if i pick it up.

Sounds reasonable to me. 2003 is a good year with many upgraded components including the hardened sun shell. It will work with any LSx engine and run with any '98 thru '06 PCM.
