local wheel measure tool? Does anyone have a wheel offset measuring tool that i could borrow? I will pay a loaners fee if needed. Im trying to get the perfect offset for my setup. im not paying $800 for something im going to use once like this http://www.jcgrestorationandcustoms.com/parts/
