Default Ball joint issue?

Sorry to bother but my car is getting tiny vibrations and shimmy in the steering wheel. I have new bilstien struts, wheels and tires are good and well rounded, no scratches or nothing on my wheels, bushings are new, alignment has been done 3 times in one month. Tire rods inner and outer are new. Could it be my ball joints causing the vibrations or no?

Sounds more like a wheel balancing issue than ball joints.

That isn't all that many miles, so I doubt that the b/j would be worn that much, unless it's the odometer's second trip around. I would be re-checking the wheel balance and/or condition of the wheel bearings.
