AFR square exhaust port to Pacesetter header

AFR square exhaust port to Pacesetter header AFR suggested gasket= Fel Pro 1404 lines up great with head but the shape of the headers barely catches gasket = instant leaks.
Anyone have a better fitting gasket or method to seal the 1404?
Will the 1405 gasket line up with extra material above the port?
forget the stock LT1 D port shape gasket - it blocks too much of the square port on the AFR head
