swaying side to side dangerously help

Overtime I go fast or race if I hit the tiniest bump the body seems to sway side to side jerking back and fourth Idk what's goin on

Check to see if your front sway bar is on the car, maybe previous owner removed it? if not i say its time for new shocks/springs
