Default Motor Mount install question

How long does it take to install poly mounts on a 98 ls1? I am not doing headers at the same time either.

depends on your skill level honestly. ive seen people do it in an hour and a half. some people take 3 hours. just be sure you read up on how to do it before you dive in. its not too hard.

It can be a bit of a PITA, I definitely would have a buddy help. We stripped the bolt holes that hold the motor mount pedastal to the k member which made it a bitch. Just take your time and you should be fine, there are also a couple good writeups about it that help.

I would suggest loosening the arm that holds the mount to help line it up to the block. I did it on the passenger side and it made it 10 times easier than fighting with it.
