1999 camaro ls1 black piece in between the tailights and bumber Ive seen alot of camaros with the black between the bumper and tailights and havent had time to look close enought to see if its painted or if u can just buy the hole pannel ? I also feel like nobody will know what im talking about so im posting a video of a car on youtube that has it there will be a link below
