Default P1637 Code

Just changed spark plug wires. Everything runs fine driving it them the check gages light comes on. The voltmeter started roaming back and forth. Any ideas what this could be I checked all the wires they were all on good I thought they all snapped into place when placed on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Your alternator has two terminals the L terminal and the F terminal the P1637 is the code for the alternator L terminal circuit check the connection at the alternator and make sure its on properly, maybe shoot some contact cleaner on it and see if that fixes the problem...Hope this helps, good luck ~James
