Does anyone know the inside diameters of the heater hoses used on LT1 F-bodies? I need to replace the one that goes from the bleed screw tube to the engine. I would measure it myself, except that the car is my son's, and he's away at college. I'm going for a visit on Wednesday and would like to have the hose in hand for a quick fix. I'm planning to cut off the swaged end and just replace the short 90-degree section of the hose, clamping it into place.

Almost all auto parts stores have all the individual hose sections in stock.That hose section is Gates p/n 28474.. Make sure to carefully cut off the outer metal hose swedge, the hardline underneath has a bead in it to retain the rubber hose with a worm screw clamp.
