I just recently swapped my 4.8 for a 5.3 with the 02-04 Z06 cam. In an 06 1500 ccsb. I still have the 4.8 ecm in it. A well as the 4.8 injectors. I have no low end power whatsoever. I was wondering what if anything should be done to my computer injectors etc?? Also I've got the sorry 3.23 rear gears. Should i jump to the 3.73 or just the 3.42?? Don't wanna kill my mpg. Thx

First thing you should do is get a tune if you know the long block is assembled right and it ran good before

With the 48 ecm??

There is'nt any difference in the ECM between 4.8L and 5.3L in the same years ecxept the tune .
