I have reused frt cover, oil pan, rear cover ,v/c , lifter cover gaskets with no issues whatsoever. They are designed to be able to be reused but are not designed to have rtv all over them. Same principle as an o-ring. If it is good shape it is good to go.

Not a bad idea to replace the front and rear main seals, as they are "wear" items, but as for the rest of your gaskets, they are easily reusable, if their in good shape. Make sure when you re-install your front and rear covers, that you align the bottom of them with your oil pan rails, or you will have a potentially leaky seal. Put a tad of grey RTV at these locations before putting your oil pan gasket on, and your good to go. And obviously, as you know, cleanliness is king!

Use good judgment if it looks good and doesnt have alot of time on it, its probably ok to reuse. I do agree that the rear main and front crank seal should be replaced, and I am also against using rtv on them.
