door lock help please. I recently fired up my 98 SS after it sitting in the garage for over a year, (the battery needed to be replaced) once the new batery was in car fired up ran great no issues but after a few minutes the doors started repeatedly locking over and over. It doesnt matter if the key is in out car running etc the doors just continually lock. I'm a car audio and electronics installer by trade so i've considered bypassing the factory alarm to see if that fixes the problem but i cant constantly pulse the vats system and second accessory to do an alarm bypass. If anybody has any insight on this please help a brother out it's driving me insane.
