Default Best lube for power windows?

I installed the new motors and now the windows work, but while the panels are off, I figure might as well lube the rails. I noticed that one of the wheels on the regulator isn't turning as well and the rails looks kinda dry and caked.
Thanks.

^^^ BTW - Its very important to use this stuff. It matches the original lubricant and you don't want to mix and match them. Likewise, the only place I've been able to find it has been Napa or online.

Cool. Got the SILGLYDE. It was like 8 bucks. While I was there, i just went ahead and bought the little bulbs above the window switch @ 2 bucks each. Thanks again.
Oh ya, how much to apply and how to apply.

I just put about a teaspoon on my finger and press it in either side of each roller in the track. I then cycle the window up and down and then press any squeezed out globs back in to the track.

BTW - Wearing rubber gloves makes clean-up with this a lot easier!
