Yes, a passenger can ride shotgun. Hoses run under their right leg. IC has (2) garrett 1000hp cores, and was fabbed by Aaron at 6061.com. Amazing work, great price, IC works AMAZING.
Logs from passes on an 85* day start at 52*, and are only at 65* by the end of the pass making well over 1k whp.

No link too build I hope too fire it this year . 370 ci meaux ported 317s l19 head studs , meaux ported super Vic , compstar h/I beam custom diamond pistons coated top and sides , decent size Futral turbo cam , morel lifters , yella terra ultra lights . Just basic stuff oh and a t6 st80
