LS1/M6 to A4 into 3.8/A4 Firebird

LS1/M6 to A4 into 3.8/A4 Firebird I stripped my SS of almost everything, but I want to know what else I might be forgetting to make this swap as smooth as possible.
Since I am going from an m6 to A4 set up I should need the following correct?
-Trans
-Converter
-Flex plate*
-Flywheel*
-Trans Harness*
-Crossmember (Pretty sure the V6 should work?)
3800 to LS
-Harness/PCM
-Gas pedal? (Fly-by-wire vs cable are different I assume)
-K-Member
-Radiator/AC parts
Am I forgetting anything major? * are things I don't have yet. Also will I need to swap the body harness that runs from the fuse box out to the headlights and such? Ill need to find a TA harness in that case since the headlight sockets won't work. I hope that isn't needed.
