And exactly what am I watching here? I saw some coils, a throttle body and a dyno room.

800hp from what? What is a 502? LS style engine? Last I checked a 502 was a GM rat motor.

This has been posted here there and everywhere, with no details.

So how about it OP? Details? A photo of the actual engine?
