Default PCM help

Can someone look at my swap and tell me what I need to do. I was told that there was to many variables for him to flash. Just looking for some insight please.
I have a 03 truck 6.0l
99 vette intake with injectors
truck harness pinned to a 00 Camaro.
Gonna use Camaro alt.
PCM from same vette as intake.
Vette dual fans.
Don't have 02 sensors yet.
My 03 6.0 uses same reluctor plug as the 99 vette. 24t
Trans is a th350

Thanks for your input. My biggest fear is put it all together and no start!!

I'd start with a 2000 M6 Camaro tune, with 99 Vette injector data
Then start tuning.
I see no issue with the setup. A little mix of different parts but it should start fine with 2000 Camaro OS

I used Texas Speed and have been very happy. Big mix and match of parts
04 LS 6, tsunami cam, PRC 225 heads, Edelbrock Pro Flo intake, 90mm throttle body, Doug's headers, 42 lb injectors, SLP MAF, Tremec T56 trans.

I think it is important to match sensors to the ECM.
