Default Going to a new setup! 408, and 91mm

Ok guys, Ive got a stroker kit coming, K1. Im going to need all you guys to give me help. First of all what all can I use from my current setup? GT45 turbo, LS6 cam, I also hand proted some 317s. Will my 65lb inj be ok with meth? 3300 stall. I want to keep as much of my old setup as possible. Will the LS6 cam work? Car weight 3900 with me in it, and I dont want to cut it up, it was my dads last car. I really think Im going to add 2walboros in tank. Will the LS1 intake, and hand ported 317 kill my power, Plan to add a 91mm asap.

Wow ok where to start stuff id change?

Custom grind cam
At least a 'LS6 intake
If on e85 i would say 80s or bigger forsure. Dual pumps is a must. 317s will be fine for now. How much power and what fuel?
