Whose sleeves are those? Have you ever heard of Capricorn sleeves?

We use Darton and LA Sleeve. I have never heard of Capricorn, but I'm sure the guys in engine build and the machine shop have.

With an LS1 block, you can't go as large because there isn't much material after removing the factory sleeves. If you wanted to go larger, you could run a wet sleeve, but we prefer the dry sleeves.

Pricing for a dry sleeved, bored, decked customer supplied block is roughly $1,500. Honing would be additional.

The same machine can do bronze lifter bushings procedure can be performed on any LS block. Most of the lifter bushings for the use of keyway style lifter bushings or non-keyway style bushings. Numerous lifter bore sizes are supported with varying bushings available. The entire procedure is CNC controlled.

Thank you,

Rick
