Default new harwood 2.5 cowl paint to match or black

well I got a new hood and I kind of like it not painted, right now it has the gel coat. I think it looks pretty clean as is and maybe a red hood would take a way from it? any what what do you guys think? Also a little back story I had to replace it because the hood got smashed in a crash. Also is there a way to adjust the nose clip? it got pushed a little low so the hood looks like its sitting about a cm above it. Thanks in advance...the build is just beginning...looking at the 6le seats and a rear seat delete next let me know what you guys think.

The hood looks good on your car!! I think it would look great painted to match your car! Do you know what this hood weighs?

Paint to match my vote. I personally think the off color hoods look ricey. But it's YOUR car not ours.

If you made some other appearance changes to the car to really pull the look off more, it could work a lot better. for example, SLP grille, tint, black-out parking lights, maybe black wheels, black sail panel and hardtop..

as it sits now, I'd say paint it to match. in general the body style of the 4th gens makes them harder to pull off the black hood (on a non-black car). but of course it is your car! so if you like it as is, keep it!

Paint the hood to match your car, but paint the cowl part a glossy black.

ok a bit late for a reply but I am going to have it painted to match and it ran me 650 w shipping direct from harwood. my only gripe is I didnt know that "show" hood ment it was not functional so when I am driving it there is a huge black panel where the cowl should be...oh well shame on me for not reading but I like the look
