Default help and/or ideas 93 wiring hanress

alright kind of in the middle of doing a rebuild on my 93z. i know the car is speed density. trying to decide if i should go with a 94-95 wiring harness and update it to mass air flow or what is the best idea i should do. the plan is prob bore out to a 355, mild cam, head and full exhaust nothing too radical. any help or ideas would be great thanks

If it's not going to be too radical then there isn't much reason to spend the money if your 93 system is in good working order. Granted tuning a 94+ is MUCH easier but it's hard to justify the cost of swapping over for such a mild combo.

yeah thats kind of the problem. it is the origianl harness. the harness and a lot of the connectors are really brittle or broken so im probably going to buy a new harness either way.

It will be MUCH easier to just replace whatever broken pigtails there are. A new harness (or one in good condition) will cost you several hundred dollars versus the pigtails which are a few bucks a piece.

All you need is new weather pack connectors and the weather pack crimping tool... :Google:
