Default What could be wrong with my seat belts?

When I go to put my seatbelts on they are hard to pull over to put on. And when I take the seatbelt off it roll's back slow and sometimes dosen't even roll back. Does this happen to any other Z28's or SS's or is it just my Z28?

Could have gotten a fold in it that rolled back up onto the rollers.
Try pulling it all the way out and check for alignement of the belt.

I tried pulling it all the way out and making sure it goes in right. I probably will take it to a dealer to look at.
