Default Building my TH400 any advice

Do these parts make sense or should I ask for better?

A competition Transmissions Pro-Brake
lighten the Direct 3rd drum
special Case support ring , [i had to buy from Trans-Go],
a 34 element sprag,
will have the roller bearing in the back of the case
the special Intermediate snap ring case saver
4 clutches and 6 in the direct
i prefer the borg warner clutches i will use Alto Racing clutches if you want

And for convertor - I will be running 28" tire, 4.11, 200 shot, hope for mid 10's at 129mph do I go for a 8" or 9" or?

These are my choices:

4000 plus RPM stall 9" trans-brake style [ your choice of stall from 3800 to 4500 rpm]
or
8-3/4" Trans-brake style stall speed from 4800 rpm to 5400 rpm

Another local shop has recommended a tight 8" converter.

What say you all?

Thank you!
