I've got a 96 camaro. Right now I'm running stock 10 bolt, BFH mod to inner fenders, and Weld RT-S's 15 x 10 with 325/50r15 nitto drag radials.

I want to get a 12 bolt with axels 2" shorter each side so I can run a 5.5" backspace instead of the 7.5" I have now. Also going to install the wolf mini tubs.

Right now I'm using spacers because the tire is almost touching the LCA's. Even if I do the mini tubs, the LCA's will still be in the same position. They are knock off boxed LCA's so super wide, that could be why they are almost touching.

Question is, If I get some BMR's or other LCA's then could I run the 12 bolt/2" shorter, mini tubs, and 325's or do I have to relocate the LCA's?

get some smaller diameter lower control arms with offset bushings that will move them on towards the center of car and give plenty of room. Im running 345's with 3/4"

Oh wow, I havent even heard of offset bushings. That would solve the proplem for sure.

Any cons to doing this?
