When accelerating car hesitates, rpm's go up then goes. I'm pretty sure the tranny is slipping, but what exactly is it? Clutch, flywheel, etc. Any help is appreciated.

Pretty much the whole clutch including the flywheel. If you buy a new clutch, make sure you also get a new flywheel and slave cylinder.

Or you can buy a clutch kit that includes them.

Ok, thanks. Do I really need a slave cylinder since I have the upgrade from factory being that it's a '02 and there's only 30k miles or is it just a good idea to replace it to be safe?

It probably isnt necessary, but its always a good idea to replace it when you do the clutch. That way if it craps out later on, you wont have to drop the transmission again.

Im gonna be buying a clutch kit tomorrow and im also gonna add the slave cylinder for the same reason.
