Default wish me luck! budget build..

goin with the extreme low budget build! got slp lt's and cats from c-list, installing onto 00 z28 m6 vert.. read a lot about fitment issues with slp's... they are used, so already a little scuffed up, not too concerned with cosmetics. car is lowered 1.5, scrapes center plate on speed bumps already, just hope that it doesnt completely eliminate drivability..;p they were non- egr headers, so i had a local shop weld a pipe onto the primary where the egr would go, and the plan (hope) is that we can hook up the egr with some hitemp silicone hose, just a few inches to mate the egr tube into the valve. got some magnaflow catback, and a z06 clutch in already, install hopefully starts tomorrow! all in all, with catback, clutch, and headers/cats, im at $650.. custom y from local fab shop will run +- 300, tryin to stay under a grand. almost there, factory cats went bad and tryin to remain compliant with va's strict laws.. can post any pics if anyone is interested, will post again soon with either good news or an obstacle to overcome..

If they are old style slp, they scrape even at stock height, lowered would be a nightmare.

I would have went bbk lts and ory myself.. Brand new they are under 400$ and offer awesome clearance.. Or pacesetter and tsp ory.

What is the goal for how much money?

On a budget I would also do the BBK headers/Y setup, coupled with a cutout you should be good to go for exhaust support up to 350-380 RWHP without a restriction.

Also, what is your goal? Certain 1/4 or 1/8 time?
