wheel weight does make a HUGE difference when racing but for a dd, most ppl wouldnt notice. my s/c cavalier is my dd. I had nice 18's on it with wide tires. was holding even with modded mazdaspeed3's (im on a really bad tune right now). when i swapped 18's out for my stock steelies and smaller tires, it was night and day. id go from being dead even to a modded speed to pulling hard with literally JUST swapping the wheels.

so i hear ya..but are they really that much heavier than stock 16's though?
