Finally going to get my gears done from 2.73s to 3.42s. Besides speedo recalibration, what else is needed? Have to change shift points? Etc etc. Wondering if I have to go elsewhere for that if it's needed. Thanks in advance.

When you re-flash the PCM it will give you an option to auto-rescale the trans shift tables. Takes two seconds. That's it.
