What kind of HP increase you looking for? Are there any mods planned for the increase/nitrous or are you leaving the rotating assembly stock? Up to a 150 shot its not that complicated, the simpler the better is my theory, the best bang for the buck to this point. Over that it gets more complicated and more expensive. The 6.0's ECM will run a 125 shot no problem, a set of colder plugs help, but thats about all it takes.
There are some guys on here with some pretty setups, they should have all kinds of good ideas for you.
I run a direct injection system from NOS. I would not recommend this for use on the stock engine. To complicated and a pain to change anything, 16 jets. The new stroker I have in the works will utilize the system as I plan on 200+ shots with it. All depends on where you want to go.
