My fuel pump starts then stops. If I key again no pump. Car won't start. After a few hours the pump will start and stop again as before. Any ideas? If the line is blocked would that keep the fuel pump from working? I ask because I used a corvette filter/regulator in my swap. Thinking maybe that might be the problem.

I don't know...I did have a fuel pump go out intermittently like that. Sometimes the truck would start and run fine, other times it would start and then die a couple minutes later, and then sometimes it wouldn't start for several hours. Eventually it just stopped working all together. It kind of threw me off, because all other fuel pumps I've had go out....died completely, not intermittently. Oh, and the wierd thing was that this fuel pump that was acting up...was a new replacement pump that was only a few months old. Good luck.
