I have a 16 inch puller fan that is rated at 2400 CFM. I used this on my procharger setup with a d1sc. You can check the brutespeed webiste for the MSRP. The price I am showing is shipped.

make an offer. this fan has less than 2 hours of run time. it has a sealed motor. easy to install.

with the addition of a 9'' I would say yes. But this is a puller fan, most guys with turbo setups are using pushers that are in the front to save room
