Default Chassis wiring harness replacement?

I got into ALOT of wiring issues with a 98 SS roller that I bought for a street/strip car. Would you all recommend a stock harness replacement or a pre-wired fuse block like one of the American Auto Wire kits? I'm not too worried about HVAC but would like to keep the radio, power windows, etc. If anyone has any experience with this, help would be greatly appreciated.

If this is in the wrong section will a mod please move it?

I'd keep an eye in the classifieds for someone doing a part-out of a 98. Cheapest and easiest, then it will be plug-and-play to what you already have.

There's people parting out cars there constantly. Hell, I'm looking for a salvage car right now to start parting out/taking the parts I need from.
