New member, and a new car! hey everybody. just got my first v8 car. pretty much been into tubrod Subarus until now. thought id change some things and buy a trans am. So i picked up this bad lad, its a 1997 Trans Am WS6 6 speed. mods are as follows (copied from his for sale ad)
Mods:
Pacesetter Longtubes
3" ORY
Texas Speed 3" catback
LT4 Knock Module
Air Foil
K&N filter
Descreened MAF
Gutted Ram Air hood
Debaffeled Ram Air box
Skip Shift Eliminator
Engergy Suspension Poly engine, trans, and torque mounts
Competition Clutch Stage 5 Six puck
New oem flywheel
LS1 Tail lights
Hurst Short Stick/****
C6 Z51 wheels 18f/19r
New front tires
EGR/SMOG delete with block off plates
its a pretty stout car, for an lt1 lol.
pretty pleased with it. need to fix a few things such as the drivers side window that is off track and makes it a pain in the *** to get in and out of the car. not sure if thats a common issue with these cars and if it is then whats the usual fix? hoping to get that fixed and some new tires this weekend. anyway, heres some pics of the car!
