car threw a cel for misfire in cylinder two. didnt smog though at idle had way to many hydrocarbons. heres two pics from my little scanner. the o2 one is me revving my car at 1200 rpms. can someone explain to me why it jumps up and down. And whats a mininum sensor voltage test?

Your o2 should switch back and forth like that usually between 200-800mv. Not sure what that test is refering too but you need to fix your misfire.
