Default 05 lq4 to 4l60e

Not sure if this is the right section, but I have an 05 lq4 from a chevy express, and I'm going to mate it to a 01 4l60e. I know the 99-00 had a longer crank, but I'm not sure if my motor requires a flexplate spacer to mate with the torque converter, or if its the right length already?

If the 05 had a 4l80e behind it,which it probably did then you will remove the spacer and change flex plate. The 4l60e will then bolt up.

If I'm understanding your question correctly.
