Default LS1 to a V6

A friend of mine has found a 2002 Z28 for his 16 year old son. The Z has no motor or computer or wiring harness. He is wanting to convert it over to a V6 for now. He was asking me what all he would need to do this. The car is a A4.

Thanks
Andy

you would need the engine, transmission, k member coolant system, ac system, computer, harness etc. it would be way cheaper to buy a regular v6 for about 2k than to swap

Dont do it....too much work, just get a cheap 5.3L, it will be cheaper than doing the V6 swap. I have the V6.... DON'T DO IT!
