70 Nova 402LS what turbo parts ?
Im building a 70 nova with 402LS what turbo and setup to go with im thinking i want a 91mm but what other sizes of things to make a good combination to rule the streets seriously ?
This is a new build
70 Nova minitubbed
28x10.50x15 or big drag radial
weight 3200ish race weight
Suspension
del-alumcontrol arm bushings upper/lower
calvert 90/10 front shocks
calvert 3-way adjustable rear shocks
split mono rear leaf springs,moved in a little
9" ford,eaton detroit locker,35 spline,3.25 rear gear
Motor i have is a 402LS
Callies compstar 4.00" crank
Callies compstar 6.125" rods
wiseco forged pistons 4.005,-8cc
PRC LS3 cnc heads,ss valves,prc650"double springs
Holley hi-ram intake,102mm,and TB
Approx 10.6-10.7 compression with LS9 head gaskets
Going e85
Trans is 4l80 fully built with jakes performance internals,hardened input and intermediate shafts.Transbrake.No stall yet,not sure what size would work best
Im thinking i want a 91mm turbo thats about all i know,anyhelp would be great,im new to this turbo stuff ?what turbo and what sizes like ar and exhaust,cast or billet wheel,T4 or T6 flange,what manifolds are guys using,and what intercooler fits air to air.What stall,what cam ? I didnt inherit any money,i dont have a real good paying job so money is a set back keep budjet in mind.

91mm is more than good enough. I often see people with 402s running 88mm turbos and they see no lag what so ever and make over 1000RWHP with ease around 20+psi. Of course, fuel system and how the engine is built determines the power and durability of it.
